Dear Friends and Animal Lovers,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Pepper’s passing. Our beloved 3-year-old Dalmatian fought bravely against a severe fungal infection, blastomycosis, which had spread to her lungs. Despite our best efforts and your incredible support, we were unable to save her.

Pepper brought immense joy and love into our lives, and we wish we could have done more for her. In her memory, we will be leaving this GoFundMe open until 6 PM on July 12. All proceeds will now go towards research on blastomycosis, to help prevent other pets and their families from enduring this heartbreaking experience.
