Save Panzer: Urgent Vet Funds Needed

I hate asking for help but my poor Panzer is in need. I came home to find him collapsed in the floor with labored breathing. We are trying everything we know to do but he is not eating or drinking. Right now we are just making him as comfortable as we can. He desperately needs to go to the vet, but we do not have the funds to take him. Which is why out of desperation I am reaching out for help.
