Bentley isn’t just a dog, he’s pure sunshine wrapped in fur. A playful, gentle soul who lights up every room he walks into. He loves people, loves other dogs, and loves life. His tail never stops wagging, and his heart is as big as his beautiful brown eyes. For my mom, he’s been more than a pet, he’s her emotional support, constant companion, and daily source of comfort.

But one ordinary day turned into a nightmare. Bentley was happily playing in front of his own home , a place where he should have been safe, when two large pit bulls, who were being walked by their owner, broke free and attacked him without warning. In a matter of seconds, Bentley’s happy world was torn apart.

The injuries were severe, and the emotional scars run deep, not just for Bentley, but for all of us who love him. My mom is devastated, struggling to cope with seeing her little shadow in pain. He didn’t deserve this. No innocent dog does.

Bentley now needs urgent medical care, surgeries, and time to heal, both physically and emotionally. Without proper treatment, he may lose his leg. The costs for emergency vet visits, surgery, medication, and follow-up care are overwhelming for our family.
