Opposition to the proposed MCPS school plan is growing as more community members learn what it would mean for our kids, our schools, and our neighborhood.

More than 1,000 neighbors have already signed the petition, but we still have work to do. To continue raising awareness and reaching new supporters, we need to purchase additional outreach materials.

So far, a small group of volunteers has personally covered the cost of SOSSS yard signs, flyers, and 11x17 posters for meetings and rallies. We’re now asking the broader SSIMS/SCES community to help sustain and expand these efforts.
