Help Us Save Our 50 Acre Sanctuary in Freehold, NJ

There are places in this world that feel like they were meant for something greater. For us, this land in Freehold, New Jersey is one of them. This 50 acre property is more than just land, it is home. It is a sanctuary where rescued horses find safety, healing, and a second chance at life. It is a place where broken stories begin again, where trust is rebuilt, and where something truly meaningful is being created, not just for animals, but for people as well.

Today, that future is at risk. The land we care for so deeply could soon be sold and transformed into warehouse or flex space development, another piece of farmland lost to overdevelopment. We’ve seen it happen again and again across New Jersey. Open land disappears, replaced by buildings that serve a "purpose" and most remain empty, and erase something irreplaceable. We cannot let that happen here and I am doing everything I can think of to save and protect this land.

We are raising $2.5 million to purchase this property and protect it permanently as farmland and a sanctuary. This is not the total sale price of this property, but this is what we will need to raise make this possible. This is our chance to preserve not just 50 acres of open space, but a mission that reaches far beyond what exists today. Our vision is bigger than rescue. We are building a future where this land becomes a place of connection, healing, education, and community, a place where both horses and people can find peace, purpose, and second chances.

We understand the reality for many landowners, it’s incredibly difficult to turn down life changing offers from developers especially without a deep personal connection to the land. But we do have that connection. We’ve poured our hearts into this place. We believe we were brought here for a reason and one of them it to protect this land and we can’t do it alone.
