SAVE OUR SALÓN - The Salón Varietés Theatre in Fuengirola calls for urgent help

The battle is on to save the Salón Varietés Theatre in Fuengirola. The vision for the theatre was always simple, to provide a safe place for families to come and enjoy great entertainment and a top-shelf experience. We've been entertaining the local community for 35 years but like theatres all around the world, we had to make the difficult decision to close the curtains and postpone all shows until further notice, including our annual pantomime which often provides the lion’s share of our income.

This ongoing uncertainty puts us in a perilous situation as we receive no grants or official funding and rely on the money generated from "bums on seats" to fund all productions.

It’s serious - but you can help!

We are reaching out to YOU, the audience, community and volunteers to help raise funds so we can continue to provide home grown live theatre for another 35 years and beyond.

We've got to raise 30,000€ to meet our financial obligations and we're banking on your help to raise at least some of that total.

We are determined that, with your support, the shows WILL go on.

Every gift will make a difference - no matter how big or how small and we hope with your help we can reach our 30,000€ goal.
