Hi everyone! We're a group of students at Texas State University, our names are Alex Alvarez, Alex Bell, Alexis Betancourt, Aricela Ruiz, and Vanessa Poveda and we're hoping to raise funds to support to support the San Marcos River Foundation.

The San Marcos River

The San Marcos River is a big part of life here at our community, from hanging out with friends to supporting local wildlife, but in recent years water levels have been dropping because of drought and increased demand from our community.

San Marcos River Foundation

The San Marcos River Foundation works to keep the river safe through water quality monitoring and bacteria testing, and usual river maintenance. The work they do really matters, but the equipment they rely on needs to be repaired or replaced over time.

Protect the San Marcos River. We’re hoping to raise money to help with those costs so they can continue protecting the river.
