Hoy me dirijo a ustedes con el corazón en la mano, pidiéndoles una ayuda urgente y necesaria para nuestra madre, una mujer de fe, de amor y de entrega. Ella tiene 82 años, está casada, es madre de 3 hijos y orgullosa abuelita de 6 nietos. Siempre ha sido una columna de fortaleza y oración para nuestra familia, y ahora, tristemente, se encuentra en una situación crítica.

Nuestra madre ha sido diagnosticada con un sangramiento cerebral (Sumerians), y los médicos han determinado que necesita dos operaciones de emergencia para salvar su vida:

1. Implantación de válvula ventrículo peritoneal: Esta operación debe realizarse dentro de las primeras 48 horas de hospitalización. Ya han pasado 24 horas, y cada minuto cuenta. Esta válvula es necesaria para drenar el exceso de líquido del cerebro y evitar un aumento de presión que podría tener consecuencias fatales.

2. Cirugía del aneurisma cerebral: Una vez estabilizada, será necesaria una segunda operación para reparar el aneurisma que amenaza con provocar un derrame cerebral en cualquier momento.

El costo inicial de estas intervenciones supera los $40,000.00 dólares, sin contar los gastos médicos, hospitalarios, cuidados intensivos y seguimiento posterior. El tiempo corre, y la situación es de vida o muerte. Si no se realiza la primera operación en las próximas horas, su vida corre un riesgo inminente.

Today I come to you with my heart in my hand, urgently and humbly asking for help for our mother; a woman of faith, love, and selfless devotion. She is 82 years old, married, a mother of 3 children, and a proud grandmother of 6. She has always been a pillar of strength and prayer for our family, and now, sadly, she finds herself in a critical condition.

Our mother has been diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage (subarachnoid), and doctors have determined she needs two emergency surgeries to save her life:

1. Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt Implantation: This operation must be performed within the first 48 hours of hospitalization. 24 hours have already passed, and every minute counts. This shunt is necessary to drain excess fluid from the brain and prevent increased pressure that could have fatal consequences.

2. Cerebral Aneurysm Surgery: Once stabilized, she will need a second operation to repair the aneurysm, which could cause a life-threatening stroke at any moment.

The initial cost of these procedures exceeds $40,000 USD, not including medical, hospital, intensive care, and follow-up expenses. Time is of the essence, and this is a life-or-death situation. If the first operation is not performed in the coming hours, her life is in imminent danger.
