UPDATE: Many of you know that on Friday, Kredl's was given an extension. Later on Friday, Farm Credit Canada came back to Dave with terms, $50 K last Friday, $25 K Wednesday and the balance by January 13th. Kredl's had the $50 K to pay the deposit, so Dave did.
The Go Fund Me money remains in the account because it hasn't hit the target yet. Dave has told us that he has pledges to get it to $50 K, but we want to do this ourselves and Dave didn't want to use the Go Fund Me money until the future was certain.
Since Kredl's paid the deposit, Kredl's has until January 13th to raise $800 K. Dave plans to do this by selling 16 shares of $50 K to buy the real estate of Kredl's. We, the staff, are going to use the Go Fund Me money to buy a share in the new holding company, as long as Dave is able to sell the other shares and contingent to any unforeseen changes. This will mean we the staff will own a part of the land and buildings under our feet.
