Help Me & My Daughter Avoid Eviction

Hi, my name is Rosie and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help during one of the hardest times of my life.

Back in April, I lost my job unexpectedly after my employer decided they no longer needed me. Since then, I’ve been doing everything I can to stay afloat—getting help from local organizations, applying to jobs daily, and using my unemployment benefits to stretch what little I have.

Thanks to some amazing community resources, I was able to cover rent for May and June, and I’m grateful to have gotten assistance that’s helped with August, However, July’s rent of $1,600 was left uncovered, and I’m now facing eviction unless I can raise that amount urgently.

I’m a single mom doing my best to provide for my 13-year-old daughter who’s about to start a new school year. She deserves stability and a safe place to come home to. Losing our home would be devastating.
