We are a 110 year old bait shop that was never meant to host the amount people that we host. The Electrical is awful. The plumbing breaks every week. All the roofs leak.

Every single penny we make goes into this place.

Our infrastructure can't handle what we do.

We support musicians and love all people of goodwill.

I can't keep patching this place up.

There are so many other people in this world who are in need. We try to help folks and do good but this shack needs a lot of work.
