Save Our Gyms

Donation protected
As we all know the effects of COVID-19 have had a tremendous impact on us all. Many of us sadly know of someone or have ourselves suffered a personal loss and for that, our most sincerest thoughts are with you all. We know it’s difficult times for everyone but if we can all come together as a community and share this post with family and friends, we can save our martial art gyms.

Fundraiser Objectives Step 1. We are raising funds for Legal Protection for all Martial Arts gyms.

Objective : To re-negotiate with property landlord owners so that Jiu Jitsu schools can keep their academies open.

Also, to have legal protection for all gyms who decide to open and are given citations and fees.

3-compare your property’s rent to the asking prices and actual rents of comparable units in your area.

4-cite macroeconomics statistics to make your case

5-offer to sign a new lease. This may lower rent.
