Save Our Friendly Stray with Your Kindness

We found this stray hanging out near our house often. He is in dire need of veterinary care, likely surgery, because of an injury to his anus. We also would like to get him his shots and address any other issues he may have. He acts like a cat who has been abandoned but is very sweet and chatty. We would like to help him out with this issue but can't afford it ourselves. Any amount to help get him treated would be greatly appreciated.
