Save Our Beloved Bull Terrier's Life

I'm actually doing this for my dog. She's an 8-year-old bull terrier who has recently developed a uterus infection that can actually kill her if she doesn't get any help. At this moment, I can barely make my own bills, let alone pay for a vet surgery. I would turn my apartment in and instead of paying rent, pay for surgery, but then we'd be living out of a car with her, and that's not fair to her as well. I just really need to save my baby. I would do anything in this world. Please help us. I don't know what else to do. She's a sweet, loving, kind, and funny baby, and I hate to see her suffer like this. Anything, anything will help. Please help us.
