Save Our Amber

We rescued Amber Lee 5 years ago.. she was born with a lung condition that we have monitored and treated throughout her life.. she has been the best cat and best friend imaginable.. she is truly our baby... we have never been apart from her for 1 nite ever and take her wherever we go when we travel.. those of you who have met her know what a sweetie she is.. she has been sneezing alot the past few days, but then suddenly this morning she began to grow listless and lethargic... we brought her into the vet and they admitted her immediately.. her fever was very high so they administered electrolytes and fluids to try and bring it down.. now they are running many tests, bloodwork, leukemia, pancreatic, X rays, ultrasounds to try and find out what's wrong before it's too late... if those tests are inconclusive they will have to start running more expensive in depth tests to try and save her.. she has been a source of joy for Carole and myself thru this COVID-19 pandemic.. we love her dearly and can't imagine not having her in our family... we will spend every last cent we have to save her... anything anyone can do to help will never be forgotten
