Dear Friends and Loved Ones,
As you may know, Art of the Frame first opened its doors for business a mere nine months ago, and I am delighted to report that, since then, I have experienced the pride of building a business that could sustain itself.
After 25 years as an employee, there was nothing more joyful than welcoming clients to my very own store. And no greater sense of satisfaction than to know that my clients – my friends – were pleased with my work. I knew Art of the Frame could succeed and that the best was yet to come.
But today, under Executive Order, Art of the Frame is closed indefinitely. My rent is due and the landlord won’t return my calls. For the first time since opening, I cannot pay the bills. Without help, Art of the Frame will not survive to see its first anniversary and I will be out of work.
For those of you who may be interested and able, a donation of any size would go toward the store’s rent so that I will at least have an opportunity to rebuild my business as this terrible emergency subsides. For those of you who cannot donate, your generosity in simply sharing this page will not go unappreciated.
I desperately hope none of you finds yourself in similar straits. But above all else, I hope that you and yours are, and remain, healthy and safe. There is nothing more important in these unprecedented times.
With infinite gratitude,
Oscar
