Mount Etjo Rhino Orphanage

Donation protected
This is Tatuleki, a little white rhino baby girl, about a week old. Her umbilical cord is still attached to her tummy, but she has been separated from her mother on another game farm, maybe by poachers. She has found a new home at Okonjati Game Reserve (Mount Etjo Safari Lodge) where renowned rhino mommy Annette Oelofse is dedicated to nurture, feed and save her, like so many orphaned rhino babies before her. Rhino babies are weaned when they are about 18 months old, and milk consumption peaks at 25 Litres per day! Once the little rhinos are able to fend for themselves they are released at Okonjati game reserve to roam the wild and become part of their endangered species again. Your help funding milk, veterinary costs and field guides for the protection of our rhinos would mean the world to us!
