SAVE ORCA’S LIFE—SHE DESERVES TO LIVE!

My name is Brittany, and I’m reaching out for support to help save the life of a truly special dog named Orca.

Orca was found as a stray and spent over a year in a shelter, waiting patiently for a family. I adopted her, and she brought so much love and light into my life. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and heartbreaking personal circumstances, I was no longer able to keep her, and had to return her to the shelter. Soon after returning, I was devastated to learn that Orca was scheduled to be euthanized. I couldn’t let that happen. With the help of some kind-hearted rescue folks, we managed to pull her from the shelter just in time, and take her to a boarding facility where she is safe.

Orca is currently being boarded at a facility that costs $540 per month. To keep her safe and out of the shelter, we urgently need to raise funds to pay for boarding, while we work hard to place her with a rescue or into her forever home.

Orca is special. She is sweet and incredibly resilient. Despite everything she’s been through — living on the streets, being in a shelter for a year, and facing euthanasia — she still greets people with a wagging tail and so much love in her eyes.
