Onome Oluwatoyin Adasa, a 43year old known hypertensive and diabetic patient has been recently diagnosed with end stage chronic kidney disease.
He has since been on dialysis thrice weekly pending definitive treatment.
The definitive treatment is renal transplantation (known commonly as Kidney Transplant).
This procedure needs to be done urgently as his health is deteriorating everyday due to other opportunistic diseases ravaging his body. This is an urgent call!
