Melissa Cooley the Owner of Om Sweet Om needs our help to support her through these uncertain times of COVID-19 restrictions. Reopening with limitations to class size has not been enough to sustain her current operations.
Before COVID-19: Om Sweet Om was a space for community transformation and growth. I have learned more from Melissa in these past two years than all of my 20 years combined of practicing yoga. Melissa is not simply a yoga instructor. She is a teacher who challenges her students and inspires growth by imparting her years of wisdom as she teaches us the intention and origin of each movement. She is much more than a yoga instructor as she teaches us Ayurvedic practices, workshops and series, cleanses, reflexology, chakra readings, and personal asana consultations. Melissa not only feeds our Mind, Body and Soul she imprints our Hearts that is life changing for us all. It is no wonder that she is celebrated as the, “Best in Southern Oregon.”
