Oggy is a cat who has been saved from death. His owner didn’t want to keep the lot of kittens of his cat and wanted to take their lives by beating them with a shovel, Oggy was one of them. He was luckily rescued in time by one of my best-friends who took him in, protected and fed him until he finally joined our family. He’s a cat who’s full of love, clingy, purring machine who would never turn down pets. After being more tired than usual, he finally got diagnosed today with FIP, which was a shock for all of us.
My name is Johann, I’ve grown up my whole life with cats around. They’re like my children, my family, what is the most precious to me in this world. I would do anything for them, for their health and good being. Unfortunately I only receive the minimum legal pay in France and those treatments are far beyond what I can afford and this is why I’m asking for help today.
Oggy has always been the little one protected by his family of 4 brothers. He’s soft and kind, he’s the little brother of all of them, the one who’s always bothering them for playtime and cuddles. He also lives with the 4 cats of my bestfriend (roommate aswell) who rescued him, they all love him like a brother. He’s always been under the protection of my oldest cat, Shishi, who loves him with an unconditional love, and is always there for him whenever he’s a bit down, whenever he comes back from the veterinarian.
To save his life he needs differents shots. Which in total will cost me 2k euros, so I’m asking for people’s kindness today. Whatever it’s through sharing this link on your social medias, or donating anything at all, it will be appreciated with all my heart.

My friend( who saved Oggy )'s cat had to go through the FIP and is a survivor, Oggy is going to take the same treatment.

The process on how Oggy got diagnosed with FIP: little by little, I noticed Oggy wasn’t as active as he usually is. He started sleeping all day, losing weight, and all these symptoms at once suddenly became much worse. So I took him to the veterinarian who first assumed that it was a blood parasite, and gave him a treatment for it, but she did mention that it could be the FIP aswell. He took the treatment and got a little better, but quickly became worse again. I took him to the veterinarian emergency clinic and he got an MRI done. With the liquid inside him noticed on the MRI and all the other symptoms she diagnosed him with the FIP.
