My name is Megan, and I'm making this page to raise money to help to towards my kitten's surgery taking place on May 15th 2025. Oak has a severe bowel blockage in the middle of her intestines. It's large enough that her tiny little 7.5 pound body can't pass it on it's own so she's going to have it removed surgically. The imaging and blood work combined with the ultrasound has totaled almost to 1,500 dollars, plus time off work.

Oak was a birthday present from my husband, Scott 2 years ago and my best friend passed away a year after I got Oak. Oak has pretty much stepped in as my healer and my best friend since Katrina passed away. But obviously with the state of the world right now, it's difficult to stay above water with such an expensive procedure. She's going to have it done because she's family but we're almost at exhausting our resources.
