Save Nova from being pts February 2024

Hi I am the breeder of this dog who was living unknown to me in the wrong environment even though as a responsible breeder she was told all about the breed that they need out running about and keeping active and not to be locked up in a cage as he was - they handed him over to be destroyed on 5th June 2022. Nova was only a pup aged 1 when they done this, his date of birth is 19th July 2020. Nova was being tormented by her partner and even though he warned him and she told him to stop he instead bent down to kiss him which he received a bite to his face then he ran and hid in his cage. They signed him over to save their own skin. Nova deserves a chance but struggling to do so due to legal costs - can you help??

As I am new to this funding as I have never done this before I have been asked to confirm a few points.

The person who had the dog from a pup came to me and other people and asked us all to save Nova then she was sent to court and she was told she would need to sign the dog over or she would be charged so in her words "I had to sign him over" she said this to me which I have a recording of as cctv picked this up.

I also have all her and Craig's statements that she got me to type up for her. Craig did not receive an operation he left the hospital by signing himself out and was home later that day. Craig returned for a final check up at a later date and the hospital couldn't believe how he had no marks or disfigurement.

I have legal representatives, legal dog assessors and many more to help save Nova and gofundme was recommended to me to help pay the costs which they have said would be around £2500 - £3500. The donations that you have all given is in an account at gofundme and will be transferred to all my legal experts as and when required and anything left will be given to another wee soul who desrves a chance.

If anyone needs me to show them anything please ask as I have nothing to hide - all I want is Nova saved and given a 2nd chance.
