Everyone who meets Norah calls her curious and full of energy. She’s always climbing, exploring, and finding new places to squeeze into. But a few days ago that spirit led to a fall from one floor, and her leg was badly broken.

We never expected it to be this serious. Together with the vet, we tried everything to help her heal without surgery. We have already spent thousands, hoping she would recover. But the break is too severe. The vet and we now agree that she either needs surgery soon or her leg will have to be amputated. She is already in constant pain.

Surgery is estimated at $5,000 to $7,000. Amputation is around $3,000. Both are more than we can afford right now.
