Vad fint att du har valt att dyka in på vår GoFundMe sida, välkommen!

Vi heter Ayla och Olle och vi är personerna bakom Noisy Bastards Brewing Company och PopUp projektet NOISYFolk&Bar.

Vi befinner oss i ett ganska ansträngt läge där vi hoppas på lite support från er alla så vi kan klara av en del av vad situationen skapat.

Vi hade precis lämnat en tung och lång uppstart bakom oss för att äntligen kliva in i de fina tillväxt skorna vi arbetat så hårt för när pandemin Covid19 bröt ut. Vi stod just inför att expandera vår kapacitet i bryggeriet med konverterade mjölktankar som bryggverk och nya unitankar för att klara försäljningen till Systembolaget, krogar men även till vår egna bar/folkölsbutik.

För att klara av efterfrågan,  och möta upp de fina samarbeten vi har och de sköna nya på ingång smidigt så måste produktionen och kapaciteten i bryggeriet öka.

Vi vill även kunna frigöra de mindre tankarna till en riktig experimentproduktions del av bryggeriet.

På många sätt är vi inte annorlunda än andra i vår bransch, alla kämpar hårt just nu och vi gör förstås allt vi kan i vår tur att supporta våra branschkollegor, det kommer bli en oerhört trist värld att leva i om vi inte tar hand om varandra och värderar det fria och lustfyllda högt.

Som aktivt företag är vi ett par år gamla och har inte hunnit bygga upp några ekonomiska muskler för att det ska räcka en bit i en kris, vi har skalat det vi kan i  verksamheten, vi är tyvärr inte godkända för diverse statliga stöd som tex landsbygdsbidrag eller annat. Vi befinner oss lokalmässigt i centrala Sundsvall. Just för att vi vill vara synliga och direkta, det ska bara vara att dyka förbi skönt i butiken/baren mysa på med en folköl och surra bryggning eller boka en biljett till helgens gig.

Det är bara så himla sårbart.
Vi varken kan eller vill ge upp, vi har ett sådant fint företag som har en redan så förtjusande etablering enligt både oss själva och andra. Det vore så synd ur många perspektiv att stänga ner.

Att precis innan en rejäl tillväxt behöva släcka lampan på grund utav någonting utifrån, någonting vi inte kan kontrollera, det känns så makabert.

Vi har hittat nya vägar sedan mars 2020, vi började med utkörningar från butiken och vi etablerade även vår fina PopUp satsning på Torggatan i Sundsvall under sommaren,  planen har funnits tidigare men nu blev det snabba beslut skapat ur den rådande situationen. Varje dag jobbar vi fram nya lösningar och hittar på sjysta ideer för att på ett inspirerande och fokuserat vis anpassa oss till restriktioner och det är förstås helt ok och måste göras men till slut när borden stått tomma för länge och inga band intagit scenen och ölen står där på lagret och väntar på leverans till olika krogar, så sinar den där börsen och pengarna tar helt enkelt slut.

Hur påhittiga vi än är.

Ni alla är så otroligt viktiga, många tillsammans kan skapa en hel värld och vi lovar att inte göra er besvikna, vi kommer inte ge upp och vi värderar varje slant som flera ton guld, vi är enträgna och fokuserade och kommer låta högt och kämpa intensivt för inte bara oss utan hela vår bransch.

Vi vill även tacka alla fantastiska som redan köper vår öl på Systembolaget, alla som bokar oss för era festligheter och firanden, handlar i shoppen, numera även beställer hemleveranser med både folköl, bryggprodukter, fina vegan ostar.

Utan er inget NOISY.

Tack för att ni bokar specialbryggningar och ölprovningar och biljetter till olika arrangemang, ni som fyller vår bar med så mycket bus. Ni som supportat oss och hakat på detta sköna NOISY tåg framåt, tack! Ni har hjälpt oss att komma igång, att starta upp! WOW.

Nu är det dags för lite extra muskler för att i första hand få finnas kvar och med det snabbt möta upp vår expansion och ta ett härligt kliv framåt. Vi hoppas att både ni och många med er känner att det finns ett värde i NOISY och att det är värt på riktigt att ge oss en supportande spark fram till den där fina morgondagen.

Folket för folket.

Som TACK så kommer vi dels ha en fin supportervägg med era namn hos oss. Vi kommer även släppa en öl efter avslutad Crowdfunding som kommer finnas på Systembolaget. 

När vi nått vårt mål så kommer ytterligare information att skickas ut med olika oerhört spännande hänvisningar kring både supporter ölen och annat superkul som vi har på agendan, exlusivt och sjukt roligt!

Det kommer att skickas ut två inbjudningar, en som handlar om hur ni kan hänga med på ett djupare plan och en som ska ta med er på en festlig grej.

Ni kommer även kunna följa utvecklingen med det ni faktiskt är med och räddar, vi kommer givetvis filma små kortisar och lägga ut på sociala medier.

När livet är trist, svårt och sådär riktigt jobbigt så finns det ännu större anledning att vara festlig och ta hand om varandra extra mycket. Nu är vi vid den där stunden när vi verkligen behöver lite hjälp, och när ni hjälper oss så är det många med oss som det gynnar då vi både är en aktiv livescen och bar där vi jobbar fram andra bryggerier med enorm ölpassion och kärlek.

How nice that you have chosen to dive into our GoFundMe page, welcome!


Our names are Ayla and Olle and we are the people behind Noisy Bastards Brewing Company and the PopUp project NOISYFolk & Bar.


We are in a rather difficult position and we’re hoping for some support from all of you so we can cope with some of what the situation has created.


We had just left a heavy and long start behind us to finally step into the steady growth period we worked so hard for when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out. We were just about to expand our capacity in the brewery with converted milk tanks for the brewery and new Unitank fermenters to handle sales to Systembolaget (the official off-license in Sweden), restaurants, and also to our own bar/folk beer store.


In order to meet the demand and to sustain our great collaborations, as well as smoothly developing exciting new ones, the production and capacity of the brewery must increase.


We also want to be able to free up the smaller tanks for a real experimental production part of the brewery.


In many ways we are no different from others in our industry, everyone is fighting hard right now, and we are of course doing everything we can in our turn to support our industry colleagues; it will be an extremely sad world to live in if we do not take care of each other and properly value freedom and joy.


As an active company, we are a couple of years old and have not had time to build up any financial muscle for it to be enough in a crisis; we have scaled down what we can in the business since we, unfortunately, do not qualify for any of the various state aid such as rural grants, etc. We are located locally in central Sundsvall, precisely because we want to be visible and direct; it should be easy to drop into the shop/bar, settle down with a folk beer and chat about brewing or book a ticket to the weekend gig.


It's just so terribly vulnerable.

We neither can nor want to give up, we have a great company that both we and others feel is already in such a lovely place. It would be such a shame from many perspectives to shut down.


To have to turn off the light just before a real growth period, due to something from the outside, something we cannot control just feels so macabre.


We have found new ways since March 2020; we started with deliveries from the store and also established our nice PopUp shop/bar on Torggatan in Sundsvall during the summer. The plan had existed before, but the quick decision was created from the current situation. Every day we work out new solutions and come up with cool ideas to adapt to restrictions in an inspiring and focused way and that is of course perfectly OK and must be done but in the end when the tables have been empty for too long and no bands have taken the stage and the beer is there in the warehouse and waiting for delivery to different restaurants, then the purse becomes empty and the money simply runs out.


No matter how resourceful we are.


You are all so incredibly important, many together can create a whole world and we promise not to disappoint you, we will not give up and we value every penny like several tons of gold, we are persistent and focused and will make noise and fight tirelessly, not only for us but for our entire industry.


We also want to thank all the fantastic people who already bought our beer at Systembolaget, everyone who books us for your festivities and celebrations buys from the shop and more recently orders home deliveries of folk beer, brewing products, and fine vegan cheeses.


Without you, there is no NOISY.


Thank you for booking special brews and beer tastings and tickets to various events, you who fill our bar with so much fun. You who supported us and hitched up to this beautiful NOISY train going forward, thank you! You have helped us get going, to start up! WOW.


Now it's time for a little extra muscle, first to just survive and then to quickly move on with our expansion and take a wonderful step forward. We hope that both you and many more feel that there is value in NOISY and that it is really worth giving us a supportive kick towards that beautiful future.


The people for the people.


As a THANK YOU, we will have a Supporters Wall with your names on it at our place. We will also release a beer after the end of the Crowdfunding, which will be available at Systembolaget.


When we have reached our target, exciting information will be sent out about both the supporter beer and other exclusive fun that we have planned.


Two invitations will be sent out, one about how you can keep up on a deeper level and one that will take you on a festive adventure.


You will also be able to follow the development with what you are actually involved in saving; we will of course film short stories and post them on social media.




When life is gloomy, difficult, and such hard work, there is even more reason to be festive and take care of each other more than ever. Now we are at that moment when we really need a little help, and when you help us, there are many others who benefit with us as we are both an active live scene and bar where we work with other breweries with enormous ´beer passion´ and love.
