save Noelle’s best friend Brutus with vet costs.

Our neighbor shot our dog while in our yard with an arrow yesterday while he was outside. It went completely through his torso. We have had many issues with this neighbor and we just had a survey done Monday to get a fence put up to keep our animals and children safe from them.  The vet bills are expensive to save him and we don’t have the funds to pay them all. Our daughter Noelle and Brutus are only a couple months apart and have grown up together. She is devastated and will be lost if she loses her best friend. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
