Baby Noel was born prematurely, weighing in at a mere 1lb on 26 April 2022. As of date, Noel's mother, Jazmine, is hospital stricken and unable to work following the urgent delivery of her son. As a result, Jazmine cannot pay rent to maintain her housing, and it remains undetermined when she will be able to return home and work. Additionally, baby Noel was born with two cleft feet and one cleft arm and now requires several major surgical procedures and nonstop "around the clock" evaluations. Furthermore, Jazmine must undergo several medical procedures due to pregnancy complications.
