Save Nico Iavarone from Paralysis

I'm at Ocean State with my sister Cailyn and her dog, Nico, 4 years old, has a herniated disc and needs surgery ASAP and he will have a 75% chance of full recovery. We have no money to do this though and if we don't he will be paralyzed. We are reaching out to an emergency fund source but they only cover up to $2000. If anyone wants to help us out he's Nico Iavarone at Ocean State and I think you can donate directly to the vet. I hate to ask this but I have nothing myself to help her with. We really don't want to have to leave him to be paralyzed. 75% is a good chance he could be okay if we are able to fund enough to get him this surgery. I'm including a copy of the itemized bill ocean state gave us.

We will use credit cards if we have to and then use any funds raised here to pay off those cards so she doest accrue tons of interest.
