There was a time when my biggest worry was packing my kids’ school lunch. Now, I worry if they’ll eat at all.

My name is Nibal, and I’m a mother of four children—two boys and two girls—living in Gaza, Palestine.

Before the war, we had a normal, peaceful life. My husband worked, the kids went to school, and our little home was full of warmth, laughter, and love.

But then the bombs started falling.

One night, everything changed. Our house was destroyed in an instant. Our lives shattered. We barely made it out alive.

Since then—for over 21 months—we have been living in a tent, displaced in our own land. No food, no income, no home. Just fear, hunger, and the helpless questions of my children:

“Mama, when can we go home again?”

But there is no home left.

We’ve lost everything. And the world has forgotten Gaza.

I’m not asking for comfort. I’m asking for survival—for my children.

Please, help us. Help us stay alive. Help us feel human again.

كان كل همي أن أُحضّر سندويش المدرسة لأطفالي... واليوم، همي إن كان سيجدون لقمة يأكلونها

اسمي نيبال، أنا أم لأربعة أطفال – ولدين وبنتين – وأعيش في غزة، فلسطين.

قبل الحرب، كنا نعيش حياة بسيطة وآمنة. كان زوجي يعمل، وأطفالي يذهبون إلى المدرسة، وبيتنا الصغير كان مليئاً بالضحك والدفء والحياة.

ثم جاءت الحرب…

وفي لحظة، انتهى كل شيء.

منزلنا دُمّر، حياتنا تشظّت، وصرنا نركض للنجاة بأرواحنا فقط

منذ ذلك اليوم – ولأكثر من 21 شهراً – ونحن نعيش في خيمة…

لا بيت، لا طعام، لا دخل، ولا حتى إجابة لسؤال أطفالي اليومي:

"ماما، إمتى رح نرجع على بيتنا؟"

لكن لم يعد لدينا بيت.

لقد فقدنا كل شيء… وكأن العالم نسي غزة.

أنا لا أطلب الرفاهية، فقط الحياة… فقط فرصة كي أحمي أطفالي من الموت البطيء.

رجاءً، ساعدونا. حتى التبرع البسيط قادر أن يُحدث فرقاً كبيراً.
