Mindy operates the neighborhood Cupertino Salon (Hair and Nail) at the Oakmont Complex at the corner of Blainey and Homestead. The pandemic has been hard on her but somehow she has managed to pay the rent so far. But with the most recent stay at home order she is on the verge of loosing her business due to lack of funds for rent and other expenses.
Mindy is known for her very reasonable charges at her salon and the high quality of work. This is a request to help her tide over this difficult period and stay open. This will benefit all folks in the neighborhood by keeping this neighborhood resource open.
She was reluctant to ask for help but I felt that she deserves a helping hand.

Realized that with a monthly rent of $3800 Mindy may need more help than $5000. This will help her pay for January and February. Hopefully with vaccination and warm weather by March 15th, she can start seeing enough clients to start making reasonable income.
