So, I'm not one to post like this but wondering if there's a possibility someone out there can help.

This is our new pup Neely we rescued and my son Cam. Neely came from Aruba earlier in the summer after being found in a box on a pier with his young litter.

When we first met Neely we couldn't say no to bringing him into our home. He's incredibly sweet and cuddles up anytime he gets a chance. We couldn't ask for a more loving pup.

However, after a couple weeks he started losing weight very quick. Come to find out, he had a very rare case of juvenile diabetes. His pancreas is also not fully developed. The insulin has been difficult and we've been to many Vets and emergency rooms to try and do everything we can. This adorable pup would need much more testing and monitoring, more than we we can give him. With that said, there's a good chance he won't have a long life regardless.

If anyone knows any contacts from an organization that we can hand him over to for the care he needs please let me know. The other option has been presented to us twice now and I feel horrible doing it.
