Save Nathan Bekaert Life .(stage four cancer)
Hello, my name is Valri Leamon, and I am George (Nathan) Bekaert's big sister. I'm here today to ask for everyone's help in saving my little brother's life. Let me tell you what has happened. On Feb 01, 2025, Nathan (my baby brother) was in his garage looking for something up in the rafters. He climbed up his ladder to retrieve the item and found himself next on the garage floor with paramedics surrounding him. He was rushed to the hospital to be checked out for broken ribs, and Nate almost bit his tongue off in his fall. After his evaluation in the ER, the doctors discovered Nate had stage four small cell lung cancer, and it had been very busy spreading to his lungs, brain, and lymph nodes. Of course, this was an absolute shock to him and the whole family. Nate has always been a hard worker and devoted brother to me. He also raised his family in Washington state. He has two beautiful daughters and a wonderful wife, Heather, of 42 years; they met in grammar school.
I am reaching out today to ask for some help for my little brother. Thankfully, U of W hospital has given charity to Nate to absorb some of the medical expenses that are needed to save my baby brother's life, but it does not pay all the debt to the hospital's life-saving abilities. Also, Nate cannot work anymore due to obvious disabilities brought on by the stage four cancer. Nathan and Heather don't have any insurance. We have applied for state aid and are waiting for their response.
I am asking for financial blessings and also help with medical and day-to-day needs, as prescription costs are crazy. My brother is in the hospital as I speak, fighting for his life at 55 years old. I'm reaching out for his life-saving needs and to save his life. He is the best man who loves his family and lives to laugh and tell jokes and to have the warmest smile that brightens our whole family's world. WE NEED YOUR HELP. Thank you for your prayers and your donations.
