Hello, my name is Anthony and I am raising funds to assist with the war evacuation of my family from the Holy Land. As you all know by now, Israel was brutally, viscously and unmercifully attacked by Hamas, resulting in the deaths and injuries of thousands and the kidnapping of hundreds of Israelis and citizens of other nations, including the U.S. Over the last week, Israelis have been subjected to daily rocket attacks and attacks from terror sleeper cells, forcing them to constantly take shelter wherever they can find it. My fiancée, Natalie, and my 5 year old daughter, Ellie, are currently stuck in Ramat Gan (Tel Aviv) Israel, living in constant fear as they shelter in our apartment stairwell for hours as each attack takes place. Provisions are running low, and businesses are only opened intermittently, making it very difficult for them to restock precious water and essential food rations. So time is of the essence and your help is urgently needed. As of now, all major foreign airlines have ceased flights to and from Israel. EL Al, Israel's only airline, is scrambling to add flights to assist people with evacuation. As reported by tourists trying to leave Israel, the situation is "horrendous," as they are stranded and uncertain about their fate.

As of right now, I am not 100% certain "how" we will get them out. I am in contact with the U.S. State Dept. and am being told that if we are unable to secure flights, that the U.S. Government will assist under these conditions:

1. Will have to sign agreement to repay the U.S. Government for the travel arrangements

2. Passengers can only bring one carry on bag and one 35 lb roller bag

3. They will provide transportation to the nearest port, via air or sea

4. Will have to depart within 8-12 hours of notice of departure location

5. Natalie will be responsible for securing and paying for lodging at whichever port they are dropped off at

6. Natalie will have to pay for and arrange for travel for the remainder of their journey to the U.S.

As you can see, there are a lot of questions and uncertainties: by what means will they escape, what limited clothes and personal affects to pack, where they will be dropped off, where they will stay when they get to wherever "there" is, how will they get to their final destination, here in Minnesota, and how much will all of this cost. To make matters worse and to add even more uncertainty, there are reports of flights and lodging costs being 3 to 4 times the normal rates.

Any and all funds that people decide to donate will be used to repay the U.S. Government for evacuation assistance, lodging in whichever country they land in, food and water for the journey, any emergency clothing or other provisions needed, and finally travel arrangements for the final leg of the journey to Minnesota.

This is an extremely difficult time as you can imagine, my heart is heavy, my means are limited and my beloved and our amazing daughter are in danger. I humbly ask that you consider donating, every contribution, no matter the size, will be greatly appreciated and used to secure a safe journey for my girls. If you cannot help financially, please send prayers to the Father for their safe arrival, here in the wilderness.
