I’m Nada, a 25-year-old young woman from Gaza.

I used to work hard on freelance platforms to support my small family, but the war has taken everything from us.

Our home was completely destroyed, and my dreams collapsed beneath the rubble and dust.

All we have left are the memories we hold in our hearts. My device, which was my source of income, was destroyed. Now, I’m left with no work, no safety, and no future.

My family, consisting of 11 members including young children, has no shelter to protect them from the bitter cold nights, no food to ease their growing hunger.

I feel helpless and broken as I watch the faces of our children, tired and suffering from malnutrition, with nothing but prayers to keep them safe.

Their nights are sleepless, full of fear from the explosions surrounding us, and our hearts ache from the pain.

Smiles have vanished, and the hugs that once gave comfort now tremble from cold, heat, and fear.

Each day, we struggle for water, for a piece of bread, for the lives of those we love.

I write to you now with a broken heart, asking you to extend a hand, to help save the lives of our children, to give us a chance to believe that humanity is still alive.
