Save my suit

I commissioned the suit from a maker in Russia and it got lost in the mail due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. After it was lost it was auctioned off by the government on GovDeals after I had already attempted to contact GovDeals repeatedly and got no response. The winner of the auction is asking me to pay him to get it back. I'm moving out and am pretty tight on money so if I am unable to get the money now, he's going to sell my suit along with my character that I created and is my intellectual property, not to mention my emotional attachment to the character. I understand such things as fursuits are luxury items but I worked many hard weeks to be able to save up for this suit and I don't want it to go all to be for nothing. If you could find it in your heart, please help. I would be infinitely grateful. Thank you.
