Help us SAVE our Shoppe After Slum Landlord

I’ve thought long and hard before starting this GoFund Me. I’m just shattered that I’m here again with the poor conditions I’ve endured from this slum landlord. We have barely gotten back on our feet from the devastation of the flood back in December of 2022. Since Dec 28th 2022, We’ve had multiple bathroom leaks that’s caused so much damage I’ve had to redo floors several times. All at my expense.

Everyone says move. But I’ve sunk all of my savings into this space. I don’t have funds to buildout a new space. My dreams are just shattered. I’m optimistic most days. And feel I can weather any storm. But the on pour of continued damage we’ve incurred from the poor maintenance of this building is slowly chipping away at my hope. I’m hurt and so overwhelmed with fear that I may have to shutter my doors completely. I’m here hoping I can raise funds to stay here. And hold this slum landlord accountable but depleting funds for an attorney to do so. Why should I hv to rebuild elsewhere? Why can’t they fix the leaks to prevent this continuous damage to My Beautiful Shoppe? We now have to refinish the floors of my show room and close 2-3 weeks to do so. This means a loss of sales for almost 3 weeks. We’re prayerful you may find it in your hearts to show us a little kindness no matter how small it may be to help us stay here and pay rent while we are refinishing these floors yet again while STILL HAVING TO pay this place rent. I’m grateful for any donation you can provide… it all helps us remain positive amid what appears to be a fight for our dreams to stay alive! I’ve fallen in love with this community and my customers.
