Save My Shop Help My Family
Donation protected
I feel like every time I set myself up for success, I get knocked right back down. During the slowest month of the year, the store was closed for 7 days due to the ice and snow storm. I’m in the middle of finding a new owner for the Progress Ridge location but the process is taking much longer than anticipated. All factors out of my control but that directly effect me, my business and my family.
In my personal world, my family are going through some really big struggles and they need me now more than ever. I am so looking forward to going back to basics and having just one store. This will allow me the time and energy I need to focus on family and help them through some really tough times. But I can’t do that without help.
It’s been a hard lesson but I’ve learned from many friends, loved ones and colleagues that asking for help is not a sign of weakness but of strength. I don’t feel so strong but your support would certainly make me feel like I could accomplish my goal of getting through this rough patch and saving the business I’ve put my heart and sole into for almost 13 years. And that would certainly make me feel strong.
I know times are tough for everyone. Anything you can give would be so very much appreciated! I know it’s not much but I’d love to send all donors a $10 gift certificate to use either in person or online as a thank you. In resale, that can actually buy a few things!
All funds will go to the immediate operating costs to keep my doors open! We’ll be hitting our busy season in the Spring and the store will do great…I just have to get there!
Thank you so very much! Love you all!
