Save my puppy whiskeys life

Hi my names paul and the dog in the pic is whiskey. Shes 7 months old and has been rushed in for emergency surgery unfortunately its already gone way over the 6000 i had on her insurance. This dog is my world and i am doing everything i can to get the money together to save her but im single and times are really hard. I don't know what i am going to do. If you can only give 50p anything is greatly appreciated shes an amazing beautiful dog and i am lost without her. Please help if u can
