Save My Pablo

First of all sorry for the graphic image. 

My little Pomeranian Pablo is only 2 years old and was attacked by another dog which is a large dog. Pablo is in a bad way and has suffered serious injuries his pelvis is fractured in 3 places and his leg is broken and his breast bone is fractured. He also has a gash under his eye. 

I unfortunately and very stupidly don’t have pet insurance and the surgery is being quoted as £15k-£18k which i do not have the only other option is to put him down. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my dogs the are my whole life I can’t loose my baby please please help in any way you can I’m so desperate I can’t loose him. 

I have never done anything like this before I’m just so scared to loose my pablo. Anything will help. I just want him home with me.
