Save my me and family's home of 23 years

Hello my name is Alfonse Iervolino. Anyone that knows me knows that I am a pretty private man that doesn't share much of my life on social media but desperate times calls for desperate measures and I need to put my pride away and ask for help. My story is a little long so please be patient and read it through. About 8 years ago many of you might remember me having a heart attack and 6 vessel bypass surgery. I am so thankful to God that I am still here for my family but since my heart attack life has been extremely difficult. At the time I got sick, my only options to keep them from selling my house was to file bankruptcy or pay the 8 plus months of mortgage that we couldn't pay while I was recovering to be well enough to go back to work so it was obvious that my only choice was to file bankruptcy but in doing so it now added a separate payment from my mortgage so I now had 2 mortgages for the next 5 years totalling almost $5000 a month and that does not include ANY of my other bills but it was either do our best to try and do this for the next 5 years or walk away from a home I created for my family so I filed bankruptcy, went back to work, my wife went back to work and got a second job as well to try and save our home and we have been doing a pretty good job of it with some help along the way but I have come to another crossroad. For the last 7 months I have been out of work and been trying to maintain the mortgage but even with my wife working 2 jobs, that plus unemployment isn't enough to sustain an almost $5000 a month mortgage and have just received a letter telling me that I need to pay almost $6000 in a little over a week or lose my home. We are so close to our 5 years being over and going back to one mortgage and having a normal life again and it kills me to think I've come this far to lose it now so this is where i am asking anyone that can to please please please help me save my home, anything you can do to help, me and my family are forever grateful.
