This is Sophia Helene, she’s now 30 years old. Born and raised in Berlin, Germany but was lived in an English household, currently in Romania. She loves to sing and dance, paint, socialise and cook but in recent years hasn’t been able to do many of those things due to her declining health.
Bit of background: by the age of 5 she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, which is when the pancreas stops producing insulin. No one really knows how or why but that’s fine for now, however her kidneys have suffered dearly and a few years ago she was diagnosed with stage 4 Chronic Kidney disease after already having dealt with the loss of her eyesight. She had since followed a specialised diet, stayed out of the sun, didn’t do anything too exciting, practiced yoga and meditation and had started supplementing with Accupuncture and plants on the side.
fortunately for her, after many procedures and three larger operations she was able to regain her eyesight but now we are working on her kidneys.
her health really took a turn after her mothers passing in early 2021, when she quite rapidly lost her battle to breast cancer. They were best friends and spoke every day…
Sophia Was able to find joy again through the help of a stable network of friends close to her, her partner and brothers.
Recently however she’s been extremely tired, experiencing a physical and mental fatigue as well as occasional nausea and an overall unwell physical feeling. We have sadly discovered that her kidneys are just under 20 percent function now and fear that if she doesn't receive specialised, optimistic, professional help ASAP, she’ll end up on dialysis with very limited space for anything that used to give her a lot of joy…
Theres a clinic in Nevada, that we have found, that has us all convinced that they’ll be able to support a path of healing and regeneration of Sophias kidneys, which most people that know, is something nearly unheard of…
We are all full of optimism, that this could save her from a rapid decline in health, which would leave her dependent off of a machine that filters Sophias blood weekly a few times…
We are asking for help here for the costs that this clinic asks and the necessary medications that will be prescribed as well as vitamins and minerals, treatments, hotel costs and flights, as this would be three flights there within one year, of one month each.
She should be able to do this whilst she is still mobile enough and doesn’t rely on a machine to filter her blood, which wouldn’t leave any room for travel to anywhere for anything…
I don’t want to say fear drives us but definitely a limited amount of time does, so we are grateful with whatever donation you are able to make ❤️
LETS SAVE SOPHIA!!

UPDATE From Sophia:
in the last months, I’ve been strongly contemplating what I want to do, whether the trip the America would help me or whether I should find another solution. I came to the conclusion, that all the costs of travel and accommodation etc, all the efforts especially, weren’t worth my energy at that very point and coincidentally I stumbled across some treatments I could start sooner and much closer to home.
I had an appointment with a specialist that works both in the alternative as well as traditional western medical field. We had a long and thorough conversation, where we concluded that for my case scenario (which is a very delicate one), the less effort and more patience, self love and time, is the better.
We will be starting this week (from the 16.06.25), with our very delicate steps and try to navigate through everything whilst precisely listening and watching my bodies responses. We will be taking everything slow but thorough, As there is no space for any mishaps or errors anymore…
My processes, of what needs to be done, will take at least a year, as there’s a lot that needs fixing.
-back in 2023 I nearly lost my life in September due to an infection which left me with kidney and liver failure and we were very close to my lungs collapsing too, therefore I was hospitalised in the ICU for a week, followed by an isolation room for another 2 weeks, where I was treated with 4 different types of antibiotics, never keeping any liquids nor solids down.
It was rough and it took a long time to get back on my feet afterwards.
It seems that my body suffered more then we were aware of at that time and the reasons why I have so rapidly declined recently seems to be partially due to that, as well as the previous years, with the grief of my mothers passing, which kept me sleepless (turns out good sleep is my best basic and essential, necessary medicine, without that, non of my treatments will work).
I am profoundly grateful and humbled for all the support..
We will conquer this, with time and perseverance, with the help of God and all you wonderful souls!!
