Help me battle heart disease and thyroid cancer

Hello , my name is Graham and here is my story . In 2021 after having come down with Covid my body responded with and auto immune issue causing it to attack my kidneys causing reduced function and crippling gout . After 11 months of infusion treatments to weaken my immune system I then developed an infection in my stomach and small intestine leading to my being sent to the ER in septic shock . Once in the hospital it was determined after days in the icu that my organs with the exception of my heart had shut down and would have to be brought back . After 5 days in icu my body responded and I slowly made a recovery although I did lose 1/3 of my stomach due to damage from the infection in October of 2023 . Move forward to July of 2024 and I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and in October underwent a thyroid removal operation which was successful . One months later on Nov 5 I suffered a total of 5 heart attacks in the span of 36 hrs and underwent emergency open heart surgery and a quadruple bypass . I am currently recovering from the surgery and doing well . With all the medical issues it has also caused nuerologic issues including white matter disease and the loss of feeling from my knees down . With all this happening I had to step down from my career of 23 years and have had financial struggles to stay ahead . Any and all funds raised will be used to pay my ever climbing medical bills and to stop the foreclosure of my family home of 4 generations .
