Save my dog Agni

Hi, this is Olive. So today my dog (Agni) started acting really strange and lethargic before I went to work. Once I got back home from work he was in his dog house and wouldn’t get out not even for his favorite treats. Then I put him on my bed just to monitor him and at this time I started freaking out cause he was panting with his eyes half open so I decided to take him to the vet. 
They are telling me he might’ve got into some rat poison but we don’t have any rat poison in our house. There is blood going into his lungs and he’s going to need a blood transfusion and a vitamin k prescription etc 
All I’m asking if for your help cause I’m in a tough financial spot and I don’t want to lose my baby, I can’t fall asleep without him next to me and I’ve had him since he was a puppy. At only 5 years old Agni still has his whole life ahead of him. I’m honestly in tears thinking about losing him. 
Please help me save Agni, anything helps.

note: the first pic is just a bill for the examination, I’m not sure how much the blood transfusion will cost along with everything else on top.
