Save My Cat, Tunechi: Urgent Dental Surgery Needed

I’m reaching out with an urgent plea to help our sweet 11-year-old cat, Tunechi, who is fighting for her life. She is in excruciating pain and in desperate need of life-saving dental surgery.

A few days ago, Tunechi stopped eating, became lethargic, and started hiding—a heartbreaking sign that something was seriously wrong. We rushed her to an emergency vet, where she was diagnosed with a severe dental condition. Her teeth are in such a deteriorated state that they are causing her immense pain, and she’s been salivating excessively, unable to eat or drink on her own.

Her condition is life-threatening. If left untreated, the infection in her mouth could spread to her organs, leading to systemic failure. She needs a full-mouth extraction—an emergency surgery that will save her life and relieve her suffering.

The medications prescribed—pain relievers and antibiotics—are only temporary measures. While they’ve helped stop her vomiting, she remains unable to eat solid food or drink water without our help. We are force-feeding her liquids to keep her alive while we wait for her surgery, but time is running out.

The surgery is scheduled for next week, but the cost is far beyond what we can afford after the emergency visit and diagnostics. We’ve spent a lot so far, and the surgery will cost two thousand more.
