Hello and thank you all for reading my story. This is my very last resort. I am humbly reaching out to my family, friends and community in hopes you are able to help me reach my goal.

So, last October I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul from an authorized dealer who reassured me that the vehicle runs great and in very good condition. I purchased this vehicle in hopes it would be reliable for me and my family, however after a month of driving this vehicle, I noticed that the oil change light and engine light came on the dashboard. The dealer reassured me that the oil was changed prior to my purchase and the engine light is on because it needed a catalytic converter in which the dealer had replaced. I then brought the vehicle to get an oil change at a local oil change shop. 2 weeks later, the oil change light came on again, so I brought the vehicle back to the oil change shop. The oil change technician at the shop told me that I had an oil leak and they added leak stop to the engine. I brought the vehicle back to the dealer who sold me the vehicle and asked him to check for any signs of an oil leak. He checked and found no signs of an oil leak, so he referred me to a certified mechanic because the engine light began flashing on and off. I had the vehicle towed to the certified mechanic and learned that I needed the engine replaced. My vehicle was in the service repair shop for over 2 months, waiting for another engine to be installed. Due to this unfortunate and unexpected event, I fell behind on my car payments and other household bills. I use my car for work because I am a full-time Doordash Delivery Driver and having a reliable vehicle is crucial to my livelihood. I am now in fear of losing my car to repossession at any moment because I fell behind on my car payments due to this unforseen circumstance and trying to play "catch up" is close to impossible because I do not qualify for any personal loans because this situation has damaged my credit. I am humbly asking for your help. I will be forever grateful of any help you're able to give. I know alot of us are struggling right now and this, by far is not easy to reach out for help. I truly appreciate anything you're able to give whether it be a $1 or $5 or share my link to any social media platforms or print this out and post it to any business establishments that you may know of that will allow this to be posted. This will give me and my family a new lease on life if you are able to help me reach my goal.
