Hello my name is Brian, most of you outside of my family know me as Flip, I have been fighting the good fight for 6 months and I am losing,I am sad to say. I have really tried to save everything I have built up over the years, my rental house, dog, credit, business, sanity, the 6 month emergency fund, it's all gone or soon to be gone, I have sold 4 vehicles, can't sell the ones I am upside down on, the bank will eventually make those disappear some early morning, I have maxed all credit cards, taken out sketchy loans, pawned my wife's jewelry, sold everything of value in the house, tried to get any job, good or bad, started getting creative by growing Microgreens and exotic house plants to sell, in a nutshell this virus has destroyed me without me even catching it. We have paid rent but are behind this month, it is so hard having Florida deny us Unemployment, the US Government deny us PPP and SBA Disaster relief and to really turn the screws the IRS has been holding my $5000 tax return since 1/15/2020 for unknown reasons, the whole thing is a giant cluster. I only write this to point out that a person or a family can have their health and still end up devastated by this disease, the Flaherty Family is in a vicious circle without very many options. I want to thank everyone that helped a few months ago, mostly friends from a different life but I thank them. I still need help and anything will be greatly appreciated.
