My Bella, My Best  Girl, My Heart and Soul

I would not ask if this were not my last best hope....

I would like to as all those that Bella has brought a smile too and delighted with tricks, to help her when she needs love to come back to her. All those that have yet to meet this special girl.....I need to get her to a specialist for rehabilitation out of state. It is believed she can make a full recovery. She is everything to me and special to so many others. She is a therapy dog and my emotional support companion.

I realized long ago that I am her world....But now I know she is mine.

On Monday, Bella had a freak accident. She went into an office area and did what she does best, went to greet everyone and do a parameter check. Unfortunately,  it was an unfamiliar place, she couldn't see a glass partition that divided rooms. She ran straight into it. In doing so she instantly squealed and fell over. I tried all I could to stop her but it was too late, she was ahead of me. I thought she just hit her head too hard but upon examining her, she had no use of her limbs. I rushed her to the vet and spent the next 2 days getting her checked over. Her medical bills are skyrocketing and surgery would be a last resort which would create more financial burden.

While it may sound amusing and simple: for a small dog, it is disastrous. After countless tests, x-ray and a MRI, it was determined that she had suffered a concussion, whiplash, 2 compressed vertebrae, pinched nerves, interior bruising to the spinal cord, swelling and loss of limbs use, all 4. While she is not completely paralyzed, there is severe nerve damage and she is unable to walk, sit, or stand and has no control over her elimination. 

The guilt as a Fur Mom is overwhelming. She has been my saving grace through so many trials. I don't know what I would do without her. The tears have been endless.

I have started some water therapy with her and she is responding but she will need intense therapy and is believed to be able to recover. As much as I love her,  I am a single parent to her and have only one source of income....Me.

I would gladly give you a massage and work for the money to save her and bring her back to a new normal. I am licensed, insured, references and have an office or I will come to you....whatever works to make this happen, I will do. If there is something else I can do for you in exchange, please give me the chance to do so....

Although her bills will be more than I'm asking....I'm just asking for any and all the help you can find in your heart to give to her. All will go completely to her care and I would be forever in your debt.

Help this sweet soul go on to run and greet all those that meet her and love her.....Let her continue to bring smiles to everyone she greets.
