Save my baby Checo Trees

Hi this is Checo Trees our family pet . He is having some difficulty breathing and has a belly full of flood. He isn't really eating much do to it and we are extremely worried about him. My name is Rachel I'm currently having lots of health issues myself as well I'm on disability and can't afford to take him for treatment or medications.. This dog isn't just a dog he is my son pretty much as well as my human son's best friend please if you can spare anything at all please do cause we don't want to lose our family member Thanks in advance and God Bless
