Hello world....

I am Muhammad Al-Nono, a 22-year-old young man from Gaza. I suffered from malignant bladder cancer and underwent chemotherapy, radiation, and many surgical operations for more than 15 years.

This disease left side effects that I still suffer from severely, including:

-1- I need to have an operation to increase the size of my bladder due to the removal of part of it and the tumor

2- Surgery to install a left ureter, which may result in the left kidney stopping working

I was unable to undergo treatment in my country due to the scarcity and unavailability of the necessary capabilities to perform surgeries of this type

Because of the siege and wars of extermination we are experiencing by the Zionist occupation, which prevents me from obtaining the opportunity for treatment in my country.

On the other hand, unemployment and the lack of a profession through which I can provide the necessary amount for treatment outside the country

Despite this, nothing stopped me from continuing my journey, and I did not allow the disease to steal my dream, so I went ahead to achieve this dream and practice the profession of journalism in order to obtain the opportunity to travel and receive treatment abroad and perform the necessary surgeries to close the file of my illness by challenging it and defeating it.

And to be an example to every patient who is afflicted with this dreaded disease, that nothing prevents the dream from being fulfilled, even if it is that disease

So I moved forward, reached the halfway point, and got close to achieving what was needed for that

But....

That dream was lost when, on October 7, 2023, Israel launched a war of annihilation against Gaza, which we are still living in until this moment.

Nevertheless, I continued with full determination and resolve. I went out to cover in the early days of this war, after nearly 3 days of continuous coverage of the war of extermination, killing, destruction, and occupation crimes.

I returned home to take a simple fighter break to regain my breath and be able to continue my mission of coverage, when the occupation army... somehow told us that we had to evacuate the house so that they could bomb it.

Unfortunately, I was not able to take any of my equipment that would have enabled me and brought me closer to achieving my dream and traveling on a medical trip outside the country. The house was targeted and leveled to the ground.

It became a pile of rubble, as shown in the pictures above, buried underneath this equipment and the dream of a young man who had exhausted all his energy in order to get closer to starting his treatment journey in order to become a healthy and healthy person.

I have returned to the beginning of the road and everything I built and achieved in the long years of my life has been destroyed....

Delaying the start of the medical trip is not in my favor, as this creates a deterioration in the health condition and complexity in access. Therefore, the circumstances in which we are still living have forced me to recover... a war of destruction and annihilation and the siege that Israel is practicing to ask for a helping hand and assistance.

انا محمد النونو شاب من غزة ابلغ من العمر 22 عاماً

اصبت بمرض سرطان المثانة الخبيث وخضعت لجلسات علاج بالكيماوي والاشعاع والعديد من العمليات الجراحية لأكثر من 15 سنة

ترك هذا المرض آثار جانبية ما زلت اعاني منها بشدة ومنها:

1- حاجتي لاجراء عملية لزيادة حجم المثانة بسبب استئصال جزء منها مع الورم

2- عملية جراحية لتركيب حالب أيسر التي قد يترتب عليها توقف الكلية اليسرى عن العمل

‏ لم استطع الخضوع للعلاج في بلدي لقلة وعدم توفر الامكانيات اللازمة لاجراء العمليات الجراحية من هذا النوع

‏بسبب ما نعيشه من حصارٍ وحروب إبادة من قِبل الاحتلال الصهيوني الذي يعيقني في الحصول على فرصة للعلاج في بلدي

‏ومن ناحية اخرى البطالة وعدم توفر مهنة استطيع من خلالها توفير المبلغ اللازم للعلاج خارج البلاد

ورغم ذلك لم يوقفني شيئ من مواصلة مشواري ولم اسمح للمرض بان يسرق حلمي فمضيت قدما لتحقيق هذا الحلم وممارسة مهنة الصحافة للحصول على فرصة للسفر والعلاج في الخارج واجراء ما يلزمني من عمليات جراحية لاقفل ملف مرضي بتحديه و الانتصار عليه

‏ولاكون قدوة لكل مريض يصاب بهذا المرض اللعين بان لاشيئ يمنع من تحقيق الحلم حتى لو كان ذاك المرض

‏ فمضيتُ قدماً ووصلت لمنتصف الطريق واقتربت من تحقيق ما يلزم لذلك

‏

‏ولكن...

‏ ضاع ذلك الحلم عندما قامت إسرائيل في 7 أكتوبر 2023 بشن حرب الإبادة على غزة التي ما زلنا نعيشها حتى هذه اللحظة

‏مع ذلك واصلت وكلي اصرار وعزيمة.. خرجت للتغطية في اوائل ايام هذه الحرب وبعد ما يقارب 3 أيام من التغطية المتواصلة لحرب الإبادة و القتل والتدمير وجرائم الاحتلال

‏عُدت للمنزل لأخذ استراحة مقاتل بسيطة لاستعيد انفاسي و اكون قادراعلى مواصلة مهمتي في التغطية واذ بجيش الاحتلال ... يخبرنا بطريقةٍ ما ان علينا اخلاء المنزل.ليتمكنوا من قصفه

وللاسف لم استطع اخذ أي شيء من معداتي التي كانت تمكنني وتقربني من الوصول لتحقيق حُلمى والسفر في رحلة علاجية خارج البلاد وتم استهداف المنزل وتسويته بالأرض

وأصبح كومة ركام كما يظهر في الصور أعلاه

‏ مدفونٌ تحتها هذه المعدات وحُلم شاب استنفذ جميع طاقته من أجل الاقتراب من بدء رحلة علاجه كي يصبح انسان سليم ومعافى ...

لقد عدتُ لبداية الطريق وتحطم كل شيء بنيته ووصلت إليه في السنوات الطويلة التي مضت من عمري...

وتأخر بدء الرحلة العلاجية ليست في صالحي فهذا الأمر يُولد تفاقم في الحالة الصحية وتعقيد في الوصول للتعافي ... لذلك اجبرتني الظروف التي ما زالنا نعيشها من حرب تدمير وإبادة وما تمارسه اسرائيل من حصار على طلب مد يد العون والمساعدة
