Hi! My name is Libby! I recently rescued a kitty off of the street and named him Mr. Pebb. He’s the sweetest, most adorable little guy. Unfortunately, he has a broken leg that needs to be amputated and an infected eye that needs to be sewn shut as soon as possible.
